Most shipping is via Canada Post. All orders over $300.00 CAD receive free shipping within Canada.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be fulfilled at Turnabout. You will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped. Please refer to your tracking information for delivery updates. Please be advised that once we have packaged and shipped your purchase, we are not responsible for damage or loss of your package.
If more than 10 days have passed since your order was processed and you have not received an update from Turnabout, or you have any inquires about your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS
Turnabout is not liable for damages incurred during transit. Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider (Canada Post). Turnabout does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
CURBSIDE PICK UP is specific to location where an item is located. If you chose, curbside pick up, please ensure that you are able to pick up at the location where the item being sold. Orders not picked up within two months of purchase date become the property of Turnabout.
Please note that if your order contains items located in different locations, you will have to pick them up from each location. How to know which location your item belongs go to the item and find in the description area the location. To see the location address click here
Orders to the US are shipped via Canada Post or UPS.US orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations. Turnabout is not accountable if you incur customs fees.
We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
Once items have been shipped, Turnabout is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
