SHIPPING

Most shipping is via Canada Post.  All orders over $500.00 CAD receive free shipping within Canada.  Please note that insurance charges can apply on select items.  We provide competitive shipping rates to the U.S.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be fulfilled at Turnabout. You will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped. Please refer to your tracking information for delivery updates. Please be advised that once we have packaged and shipped your purchase, we are not responsible for damage or loss of your package.

If more than 10 days have passed since your order was processed and you have not received an update from Turnabout, or you have any inquires about your order, please email us at online@turnabout.com .

LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS

Turnabout is not liable for damages incurred during transit. Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider (Canada Post). Turnabout does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

 

CURBSIDE PICKUP

CURBSIDE PICK UP is specific to location where an item is located.  If you chose, curbside pick up, please ensure that you are able to pick up at the location where the item being sold. Orders not picked up within two months of purchase date become the property of Turnabout.  

Please note that if your order contains items located in different locations, you will have to pick them up from each location. How to know which location your item belongs go to the item and find in the description area the location. To see the location address click here 

 
US SHIPPING

Orders to the US are shipped via Canada Post or UPS.US orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations. Turnabout is not responsible for any customer/duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

 
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

 

Once items have been shipped, Turnabout is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

All Turnabout sales are FINAL SALE. Please double check the items condition both in the product description and photos prior to purchase.

Ensuring that every item available at Turnabout is 100% authentic is the cornerstone of our commitment to our clients. We view counterfeiting very seriously and we request that all designer handbags, jewelry, and accessories arrive at our stores with a) proof of authenticity or b) proof of payment/ownership at time of consignment. Our Buyers are continuously updating their skills and inspect every item for brand markings, holograms, date codes, hardware engravings, serial tags. We also use the services of Authenticate First and/or Entrupy so that we are able to provide a certificate of authenticity.  

For clients who use a shipping service to send items to Turnabout, if there is any suspicion that the item(s) are counterfeit, we will contact the consignor to request a) proof of authenticity or b) proof of payment. For items determined to be counterfeit the consignor a) may request that the item(s) be returned to them at their expense or b) authorize Turnabout to dispose of item(s) in a timely manner.
