What you’ll do:
- Drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Handle returns of merchandise
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Keep clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.

Qualifications:
- Experience in the fashion industry

The Resale Buyer plays an integral role in shaping Turnabout’s inventory strategy, ensuring product selection aligns with market trends and customer demand. This role requires a keen eye for fashion, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to balance brand identity with business goals.The Resale Buyer procures top sellers by building trust and long lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, authenticate and price resale items based on market trends and customer preferences.
- Build strong relationships with sellers and ensure a seamless customer service.
- Oversee inventory processing, ensuring accuracy in product selection and pricing.
- Collaborate with store managers to align inventory with customer demand and sales objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and apply insights to improve buying decisions and accurate pricing.
- Assist in markdown strategies and inventory optimization.
- Drive business growth through proactive sourcing and creative customer engagement.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of fashion brands, particularly in luxury and designer resale.

Turnabout Luxury Resale is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in high fashion to join our Marketing Team. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across various channels, including email marketing, social media, print materials, posters, store interiors, and exterior signage. This role offers an exciting opportunity to refine and elevate our existing brand identity, ensuring consistency and sophistication across all visual communications. Prior experience in the fashion industry would be highly valued.
This is a part-time or contract role based out of our South Granville Studio. This role reports directly to the CTO/CMO.
If you're an experienced, detail-oriented professional with an impressive portfolio and a passion for fashion and design, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
What You Will Do
- Develop and design creative assets for email marketing, social media, print materials, posters, store interiors, and exterior signage
- Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and product teams to execute design concepts
- Contribute to refining and enhancing the existing brand identity across all touchpoints
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
- Prepare graphics and layouts for various platforms and campaigns
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies
- Maintain organized project files and asset libraries
- Assist with occasional photography or video editing tasks if needed
- Other design-related duties as assigned
You Need to Be:
- A highly creative professional with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in visual storytelling and concept development
- An excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills

Qualifications:
