If you:

What you’ll do:
- Drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Remember loyal customers’ names, sizes and preferences and maintain friendly relationships
- Team up with Manager to maintain outstanding store condition and ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Committed to loss prevention through exceptional service
Qualifications:
- Experience in the fashion industry
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Previous experience: customer service, retail, fashion, communication
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality
- Availability to work flexible shifts

If you:

- Have good typing and computer skills
- Have experience with serving and building relationships with clients of all ages
- Are detail oriented

- Able to stand for long periods and are capable of lifting 10 kg
What you’ll do:
- Spending time on the sales floor learning labels,what our customers are buying and pricing
- Learn our Inventory Software Data Entry and the fine art of accepting merchandise
- Build relationships with our sellers
- Learn the responsibilities for the day-to-day overseeing and coordination of our inventory and consignment buying.
- Consistently learn and share product knowledge with sales associates
- Consistently promote Turnabout and our services to ensure we have the best stock possible
- Welcoming consignors, answering questions and addressing their expectations
- Pre-sorting, typing and processing drop offs
- Assist the Resale Buyer with markdowns as necessary
- Manage many tasks at once with speed and accuracy
Qualifications:
- Excellent Customer Service & People Skills
- Designer Labels, fashion trends and pricing knowledge
- Leadership and organizational abilities
- Strong operational skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Post secondary education in business and/ or fashion is encouraged
- Knowledge of consignment industry a definite asset
